John Yoder
The business started in 1992, when John Yoder lived in Ohio. He joined a leading real estate firm there but then warmer weather drew him to Florida in 2004. In Florida, he became a licensed and accredited real estate broker. The business expanded from there and is still going strong today.
John has been a real estate broker since 2004. He's been awarded the Million Dollar Club many times. As a graduate of the Missouri Auctioneer’s School and a licensed auctioneer in the State of Florida, he has assisted quite a number of clients through the auction method, as well as through traditional real estate listings and sales.
John’s buyers appreciate his intuitive understanding as to what type of home or investment property they’re looking for. It helps them save time, energy, and money since they have someone they can trust when it comes to property transactions.
His listing clients take advantage of his solid market savvy and extensive buyer contacts to price their properties and find the right buyer quickly. He is also a member in good standing at the Florida Board of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee, the Stellar MLS, and the Florida Auctioneers Association.

Ivan Stoltzfus
C. Ivan Stoltzfus is an award-winning real estate broker and auctioneer who is licensed in Florida and Pennsylvania. He holds the title “Certified Auctioneer Institute” (CAI), which is considered as the most highly respected educational designation in the industry.
Ivan has conducted many on-site auctions during the past several years. These include multi-property, land and farm sales, residential and commercial real estate, personal property, and benefit events. Ivan helps his clients achieve full satisfaction by working with them from start to finish. His professional affiliations include:
